WS ❄️ Week 1: Kobe & Lil Durant combine for 60pts in electric FIRE debut win over Young GOATS
Day 2 closed off with Game4; Fire vs the Young Goats in Week 1 of the Ballinthe6 Winter ❄️ Season. The Fire have a whole new Roster except for 2 players who have been with Fire for all 3 Seasons Chris & TJ. The Goat have most of their Roster returning from last season with the addition of Vasilis and Jay who made their League debuts. The Fire's addition of Lil Durant and Anthony Kobe might be the best duo in the League right now combining for 60pts, 28rebs and 8asts in their League debuts. The Young Goats started the game slow and found themselves catching up the whole game for it. Nathan in his 3rd season, 2nd with the Goats poured in a Career-high 32pts with a career-high 7 steals to help spark a 20pt comeback late in the 4th with Vasilis hitting a key three to cut the deficit to 5 points with a min remaining but Kobe & Durant would each deliver daggers to put the Goats away for good. Kobe finished with 36pts the most points scored by a player in their League debut adding 10rebs and 6asts, his partner in crime Lil Durant put up a monster double double with 24pts, 18rebs and 3blks to help the Fire start the season 1-0 for the 1st time in team history.
